they might be better off to offer of the device at a better ...
I have been wearing the qwell for about two months now. I know this is a new product, and it does seem to work well for me. My only complaint would be that the pricing is a little on the greedy side probably because currently there is no direct competitor to this type of device. If someone from the company reads this, they might be better off to offer of the device at a better price if the consumables are going to remain overpriced. My recommendation to anyone looking to purchase replacement pads is to order the sport version which has a thicker gel coating, if you are careful you can get almost a month of use out of one although the company recommends every two weeks replacement. About halfway through you can rinse the gel under the faucet with it on a slow drip , Carefully rub the gel pad with your finger and the water to clean it off. Then let the gel pad completely dry before reattaching to device. After a couple months of usage I also recommend calibration each time you put it on for the day. I am only two months into wearing my Qwell and it looks like I am going to have to order a new band for my leg as well. Honestly I do not think we should have to pay more than $10 for a replacement band. I do believe this is a good product, and it does help me get through the day with some of my chronic Pain issues. I would recommend this to anyone having chronic pain that doesn't want to keep increasing their medication. I just wish the price was a little better or the company would provide some sort of incentive for purchasing the consumables on a regular basis. The above information is just my opinion and does not reflect the instructions provided by the company, for safety reasons take care and use your best judgment. I will be doing a video review soon, if you're interested search for MRCZARTEK on YouTube.

Quell Electrodes One Month Supply
While we haven't used the extra ones yet, my sister and I have both used the electrodes that came with the starter kit. While we can't understand why the Quell was designed with one of the leads being in the electrode gel, the electrodes themselves work great. Since we don't use the Quell itself constantly, it should last for much longer than two-weeks. That remains to be seen. The Quell makes a great adjunct to my HealthMate 4 Ever (which reminds me, I need to order more electrodes for that soon given another pinched nerve), my MaxTens 2-lead and reflexology/Ki. I'll probably use the Quell while square dancing.

Possibly, slightly better then standard electrodes. Last half the time stated.
Gel pads performance quickly deteriorates when used as directed. Switching legs, applying and removing compromises gel pads making them quickly noneffective. Gel pad placed where snap attaches electrode to device is poor design, pad often shows detachment as quick as standard gel pad, within a few days. Quickly detaches or flattens to thin for use, creating a stinging or burning sensation. Pushing to attach and pulling to detach electrode compromises gel pad, even using moisturizing lotion. Electrode gel used for other products helps some. Sport electrodes perform slightly better than the regular Quell electrodes, neither even close to time stated. Like entire Quell product, the sport electrode is poorly designed. Seeming retrofitted from lower back use making a poor fit below knee as calf muscle flexes. Often, either device detaches from electrode while wearing wrapped around leg or gel pads squish out, detaching from the electrode when removing at stated intervals. Sport electrodes are equal poor quality as standard with snaps attaching them to the device, held in what appears a neoprene band. All poorly fitting together making for very short effective and annoying use, and for this user, no benefit at all. The electrode packaging states as Precaution 1, "The long-term effects of cutaneous electrodes for electrical stimulation are unknown." The short term effects are extreme annoyance at such a poorly designed product, are very well known to this user desperate for the relief chronic pain Quell is supposed to offer. Despite the cost, the poor quality Sport electrodes, like Quell, seem poorly designed making for extremely short use not even close to the stated time. Extremely unsatisfied with quality and design.

and a TENS Unit to dull out pain on specific points
I've been using Quell since November for fibromyalgia pain.Combination of my prescription pain medications, Quell, and a TENS Unit to dull out pain on specific points... life feels normal. Quell is worn on my leg, the pain sensations are lessened to the point where some days I don't need medication. The calibration I do every time I get a new electrode on, having had issues with changing intensity as gel wears off.I can't imagine being without Quell. These electrodes are COMFORTABLE, they don't sting or hurt... when running its barely noticable, intensity is turned up and it just feels like a slight pulse. Still comfortable, helps pain. Worth the cost to have quality of life again.

Fantastic when used with the blue electrodes
My nerve pain has been pretty much unbearable for many months. Quell has made a huge difference. The only problem is that when I re-ordered their electrodes from them in a special offer, they sent a different kind. They are labeled Sport Electrode, and whereas they usually last two weeks, I had to throw the first one of the pack away after only eight days. They have thinner, clear pads rather than blue. So look for the original ones, not the "Sport" version.

Pleased Quell user- It helps me
I do recommend it. I've had mine for a couple of months and absolutely feel the difference if I go too many hours without it. I am unable to take any kind of pain medication which now makes me grateful given the global problem with opioids. My only wish is that the strap wouldn't get so loose and the snaps wouldn't unpop so frequently. I get one or two interrupted sessions each day. I had to switch to above the knee because I was getting a rash with deep bruising. Above the knee is tougher skin and seems to work just fine.I will remain a loyal user.

Quell replacement Electrodes Crap
The Quell electrodes that I received from you where a different shape than the original ones suplied with the Quell unit and they burned the skin on my wifes leg.Now she refuses to use the Quell unit.So if I could give them a lower rating than one star I would.
