Even though the HP OEM toner cartridges are more expensive they are worth the extra cost, They are flawless and work perfectly in my printer unlike the remanufactured toner cartridges I have used.

It worked!
Reman toners always have problems before they are empty, but HP new are better. Unfortunately, they have some dumn genuine chip and sometimes that chip does not work...which means the HP does not work at all from Day 1. This one worked great!

Staying with HP
I bought an off-brand here. The Magenta started smearing on the Drum. I am happy to be back with one that works.

Genuine HP toner, high quality prints
I had a Xerox laser printer that I used generic toner in. It died, so I made sure to use only genuine HP toner in our HP printer.

Exactly what you're thinking
It is the official HP Magenta toner. It fit perfectly, worked immediately, and cost way too much. But, that's to be expected with toner.

USED or OPENED Box
Was not packed in separate box. Box was previously opened and taped up. Box was crushed on one end. Did not open it or break the tape to see what the cartridge looked like. Immediately executed a return.
