These pants are the best I have used The only problem I have is that I am between the sizes S/M and L/XL but not to worry as I can actually wear both. Hopefully if a little weight loss I will stay with S/M. These are the most comfortable pants I have worn in the many years of using incontinence pants. The also do as they say. The absorption is good (best I have ever worn). The absorption material does not revert to a wet gelatinous mass like other products. The barrier control is also great as well as the leak protection. It's also nice to know the back from the front. Not all pants give that indication. So far I have found them great value and I have now put these on a regular order.

Very strong, exactly as described. These pants at the 10 drops rate (which is on the front of the pack) give 100% protection at night so you can feel confident should bladder control let you down. I'm nursing a relative at the moment who needs to wear incontinence pads as a temporary measure until his recovery. Swift dispatch by the seller although carriers may not deliver on time, the seller is very understanding and works to update tracking information so you know how nearer your order is. I've purchased a nice small supply so when we're nearer to using the last package we will reorder which should give the carrier time to get the package here on time.

These are really nice.i wore my first one the other night .by the next morning my ned sheets were a little bit wet as I had a medium leak and was fully of pee.i love the bulge when its fully wet

Excellent fit, takes quite a lot of urine, ideal for a night fit, will buy again as they are cheaper than dearer ones, but just as good.

Es handelt sich hier entweder um ein Produktionsproblem oder eine Fehlkonstruktion. Der seitliche Auslaufschutz (leak guards) stellt sich nicht auf sondern liegt flach. Daher läuft die Windel mehr oder weniger sofort aus. 3000 ml Saugfähigkeit sind nicht erreichbar, eher 300 ml. Praktisch nicht verwendbar.
