I am currently taking this Calming Drink Mix with Magnesium Glycinate, and I really like it. It helps me feel more relaxed and calm, especially in the evening. I’ve noticed it helps my body unwind and improves my rest. The pineapple flavor is pleasant and mixes well with water. I like the blend of ingredients such as magnesium, L-theanine, ashwagandha, lion’s mane, and vitamin D3. The individual stick packs are very convenient and easy to use. So far, my experience has been very positive, and I plan to continue using it.

I have been looking for a good magnesium supplement and this one has been very good! It has improved my sleep and I feel very well-rested after having it in the evening. The pineapple flavor is delicious and with just water, it tastes great! I do love the addition of the other vitamins and supplements, so it's like I'm taking it all in one. The stick form is also great to keep in my bag and take on the go, especially when traveling. I highly recommend this!

My package did not arrive with the listed flavors. One was missing and another was just doubled. Would have liked to try all flavors. Really enjoyed the orange. Worked quickly to relax and make me sleepy.

I’ve always struggled with drinking enough water, so this has been a game changer for me. Not only does it help me relax, but the pineapple flavor is honestly delicious, which makes it much easier and more enjoyable to stay hydrated. I find myself wanting to drink more water throughout the day because of it. That’s why I truly love this product it encourages me to hydrate while also helping me feel calmer and more focused at the same time.

Loved it!!! The pineapple flavor is really good! As a mom of 2 this helped calm me from all the chaos from my kiddos and it even helped me sleep a little better and I like that it makes drinking water easier. I only do one cup but I want to see how I feel with 2 .

The flavor was ok. But it didn’t calm me. I recently had u relax from calming company (which is twice the price). U relax gave a cool mouth tingle. This did not do that.

If you like to take a supplement, it is a good option, this pineapple flavor is pleasant and dissolves well in water. It helps me relax, especially at night. The envelopes are practical to carry. I recommend it.
