Vax TBTTV1P1 Cordless Slim Vac Pet 22.2V Vacuum Cleaner

I was very pleased with actual item, with two hairy dogs it get plenty of use. My only complaint was that it arrived without any instructions. I couldn't get rollers to turn until I discovered a button to release them .

The rotating brush stopped working out of the blue, I got a replacement one which also did not work.... Not sure if it's the product in itself or just a refurbishment issue.

Purchased this 3 weeks ago, definitely NOT impressed, absolutely useless on carpets & on hard floors the head swivels around & gets stuck at an angle. I clean & empty after every use but the suction is useless.

I originally reviewed this cleaner and said it was useless. After complaining to VAX they replaced it.New one much better but not as good as the DYSON which my son has .It of course is a lot more expensive

This was a replacement to the Gtech AirRam pet vacuum what a difference, VAX not only does what it's meant to but, gets to places that you need it to get, it really is fantastic with great suction and has easy to follow instructions we have three dogs and two children and it really has made a massive difference to keeping the house clean. Five stars from me.

Handle snaps, vax customer service not interested in replacing or repairing, they also don’t have spare handle assembly as a part. I tried gluing it but it just breaks with weight of floor attachment. Not a good purchase and very unhappy with vax customer care. They had never seen it happen so in their eyes I had dropped it, if I had, the handle would have broken in the opposite direction to the break shown in photo. Very unhappy. Last vax product we as a family will ever buy.

Stopped working after a while. Contacted Vac. BE AWARE: the battery warranty expires after a year. A new one will cost in excess of £50. AVOID VAX!
