I my opinion this is a great product. I take it everyday.

On an annual "wellness" visit to my MD, she looked puzzled and remarked that I had a heart murmur, and it not been there in the last ten years of annual visits. She mentioned having it checked out...I declined. I researched, took matters into my own hands, and tried this product. A month later, I had my husband in for some routine matters(his health is poor) and asked her to listen to my heart. No murmur. She was puzzled, I shrugged it off not wanting to tip her off on how much I practice holistic medicine. Give it a try. I’ve been using this product for around 6-7 months. I take 2 each day. At my last Dr. Visit they wanted to put me on statins for my LDL cholesterol being 3 points over what the ideal number is. So I said no thanks and tried this. Just got new lab work back and it has SIGNIFICANTLY lowered my triglycerides but everything else has gone up. I would say to definitely try this if you have high triglycerides but otherwise pass on it if your trying to lower any of your other cholesterol numbers.
