Also resolved a "Mode Not Supported" problem I have always dealt with
I bought this kit assuming it probably wouldn't fix my problem or I'd screw it up somehow as my last experience with circuit board was a class I took 21 years ago. The fix was a breeze with one exception and this does not reflect on the repair kit but the build of the TV. There were two capacitors in my case which were clearly blown. You can tell this by the "X" or "Y" in the back bulging and/or leaking black gunk. They were pretty easily accessed, removed, and replaced using the included solder.Easily the toughest part is getting the base of the TV back on as well as the back panel at the same time. Might be a job that requires two people to do correctly. I resolved this issue (eventually, after much frustration) by screwing the base in first and then screwing the back panel on second. This might not be up to some peoples' standards as it's not "as it was from the factory"... but it's easier and it was necessary in my case as futzing with it long enough resulted in the tubes which hold the screws in the back panel all cracking and breaking. As a result I had to screw them directly through the holes in the base to the holes in the body of the TV. It appears to me that this will make a more solid base anyway. Knowing that the base of my TV was depending on pieces of plastic that broke when a screw rattled around in them for 5 minutes is a bit disconcerting.Repair kit is a perfect product. Definitely worth all 5 stars. Can't recommend it enough as it was a HUGE save of money for me. The TV's design and production leave something to be desired. Maybe this kit is exactly what this TV needs to be perfect. Had it for 7 years. Hopefully now it can give me 7 more.

This kit was perfect!
My LN52A650 started power cycling on and off for up to 6-8 mins 2 weeks ago. I read up on what could be causing it and decided to order this kit. The longest and hardest part was getting all the screws and pulling the back panel off( 20 plus screws)! After I inspected the power board, and saw the two bulging capacitors, I knew I had done the right thing by deciding to order this kit. I used a 60 watt solder iron, and used their de-solder wick and solder, which worked perfect! The two that were bad were the 25v capacitors, and were easy to identify and match. Turned the tv on and it worked! It only turned on once and stayed on! It felt really good to fix this myself and save the money. My son-in-law helped me get the tv off the tv stand, but other than that, I did everything else by myself, a female, imagine that! lol

High quality capacitors! Fast shipping! Great seller!
The capacitors in the kit are high quality. Shipping was very quick.** Be sure you order the correct kit. There are two kits for the same Samsung model number. The listing title to the other one is: "Samsung LN52A650A1F - CS61-0365-02A LCD TV Repair Kit". Compare your circuit board to the one in the pictures on the listing to be sure that they match. Samsung LN52A650A1F - CS61-0365-02A LCD TV Repair Kit, Capacitors Only, Not the Entire Board

Repaired my 12 yr old Samsung LN52A650 Series.
This kit provided exactly what I needed and more. A well designed, documented, and supported kit. And it allowed me another opportunity to show my youngest how to unsolder/ solder to replace components. Luckily we found only 2 swelled electrolytic caps. Replaced those, re-installed board, and tested before full re-assembly. All is well. Maybe another 10+ years? Thank you.

Fixed my t.v. myself for $20 instead of throwing away
My LG 52 inch t.v. started clicking when I tried to turn it on. At first it clicked a few times then turned, the next day just clicked and clicked. Opened it up and looked at all the capacitors. Two looked slightly bulged so I ordered the kit and replaced them and it worked. I wasn't even going to bother to call a repair person because I didn't want to spend the money. I thought about ordering my own capacitors to save money, but it was easier to order the kit that I knew would have the other capacitors if I needed to replace more. Awesome purchase. Thank you!

Great High Quality Capacitors
I had a Samsung 52" LCD TV bought in 2008 model # LN52A650A1FXZA and the last couple months experienced crackling sound coming out of the tv speakders. After doing research over the internet. Other people experience the same problem. I did open the back cover and did not see any bad bulging capacitor. I decide to go ahead and purchase a kit from lcdalternatives.com install it and the loud crackling sound is now completely gone. The capacitors are of high quality. I did stop by Radioshack to look at the capacitors they sell and all are made in China. The original capacitors from my tv are Sam Young brand. There are 1 50V 47uF capacitor short from the kit and 1 50V 100uF does not include in the kits but 2 extra 50V 10uF.Overall, the kit did fixed my crackling sound problem. Hopefully, it will last 5 more years.

Fixed my TV for $20 and a little time
My Samsung LN-52A650 TV, which we've had and enjoyed for years, suddenly wouldn't power on one day. It began making a clicking noise as if it had a turn signal. After some Googling, we found a blog that pinpointed the problem as bad capacitors and walked the reader through fixing another similar model of Samsung TV with the same issue. I took our TV apart and confirmed that there were four bad (busted) capacitors on the power supply board. A quick search of Amazon yielded this product made for our TV, so I ordered them. I received a kit which allowed replacement of all the power supply capacitors. All of the supplied capacitors were high quality as described.I replaced the four bad capacitors and put the TV back together in about 2 hours, and to our joy, we have a working TV again, just as good as new.If you can solder, or think you can, I recommend that you give this a try if you have the same problem with your Samsung TV. (Of course, find the capacitor kit for your specific model.) You could easily save yourself the purchase of a new TV or a costly repair by a professional.

Correct spares with Correct specifications
Just as described. It came with all the capacitors needed to replace on the power supply board of the Samsung LN-52A650A1F, LCD TV. In my instance I only need two. But I compared the others spares that came in the kit and this would cover them all, correct specifications and fittings. This was my first time soldering anything and it was made easy with the wick and solder provided.
