Scotch CHAMELEON TAPE DISPENSER, 1" CORE FOR 1/2" AND 3/4" TAPES

the dispenser is cute but really hard to put the tape into. I gave it to my 10 yr old and between the 2 of us we finally got tape in to it.

Not heavy enough to pull the tape with and no color chage
