I have been taking French Maritime Pinebark Extract aka by the brand name Pycnogenol ($$) for 25+ years and can’t Imagine my life without it!! It is my miracle supplement! It possesses powerful antioxidants, is anti aging, heart & skin protection, Anti-histamine…. and more! In Europe Pycnogenol is used to prevent and treat cardiovascular health & used instead of antihistamine’s for seasonal allergies...just to name a few. There are a great deal of cardiovascular & gum disease and arthritis runs in my family history even affecting my (adult) siblings.
