The service, the response and the bike are great!
I got this bike for my son with Down syndrome when he was 6 years old and he loves his bike!He is now 7, and gets more time on it than before as the bike is on the heavy side and it was a bit hard for him the pedaling but now he mastered it.We had one recent issue with the bike pedal that it came off, we contacted the seller almost a year after and they immediately sent us new retaining ring for the pedal.

Great tricyle, but
how do I contact customer support about warranty repair? This has always been kept inside and ridden only occasionally at grandparents. Pedal fell off and looks like the washer has cracked. Need replacement washer or a new pedal?I wrote this shortly after bought but never heard from them I also called and left a message but no reply. My husband found a washer but it is not holding. Wish they had a better customer service.

Concerned about the pedals
This tricycle is seriously heavy duty! And it came almost completely assembled. However within seconds of getting on it and peddling the pedal came off. I tried snapping it back on but it continues to come off. Seriously disappointing especially at this price point. It’d be kinda annoying to ship back ... not to mention a seriously disappointed little kid.

Pedals and Wheels fall off CONSTANTLY
Pedals constantly fall off. Back wheels constantly fall off. Very poor design. Why would they not use bolts to fasten the pedals and wheels? Makes no sense. It has a “heavy duty” frame but that actually makes it so heavy my 3 year old can barely get it moving. Honestly, it’s junk. Get a Radio Flyer trike at half the cost or better yet, skip the trike all together and get an actually well made Strider balance bike.
