I purchased this for a Christmas gift but I did take a good look at it before I wrapped it. I was impressed. Recommend.

I have been looking for a handbag with a soft hand. The handles on this bag are "tender to the hand" and don't dig into the soft tissue like the ones made of strip leather. The handles fall to either side and don't hang perpendicular, sticking out, when sitting on a chair or floor. The interior of the bag is nice and wide and there are sufficient pockets to fill all needs. The outside zipper pocket and the two side snap pockets add that last bit of organization to this bag. AT LAST, a bag that meets my needs and wants. I am about to purchase my third (3rd) bag to colors that blend for every season.

UPDATE: a fabulous man named Luis messaged me immediately, & sent me out a new bag. I'm not sure if this one will do the same thing, but the fact that they made it right so quickly shows me they stand by their product and customer, & I feel confident buying from them again. Plus, honestly, no one makes pink bags on here like they do at this price point.I bought a bag not 2 months ago, and just like the one before, it has gray/greenish stain type rubbing stuff on the corners. I'm not putting it down on anything, rubbing it against anything, i take good care of my bags. There's nothing dark inside of it, no spills, but there's a discoloration all on it that i can't get off. I'm very disappointed, and altho its a very cute bag, i know it'll likely do the same for you, and i do not recommend.
