I’ve been on antihistamines for years. I’ve searched every where for a natural alternative and none were effective. I have severe allergies and live in Austin, TX where allergen levels are extreme. Some days it would be so bad I would avoid exposure outside. These supplements changed everything! I have been relatively symptom free (just a bit of stuffiness sometimes) and have been off my allergy meds for a few weeks now! Just bought another bottle of these. Can’t recommend them enough!

I take these for bad allergy flare-ups when they happen in the moment, or when I have sinus congestion with allergies. They work quickly to relieve my sneezing and congestion, within 30-60 minutes. I do not take them daily, I take other meds daily. I like that these are natural, and provide quick relief from severe symptoms.

This did not help me as much as another brand

I purchased this product because it was sold out in my local health food store. My son who has severe allergies takes this daily. The product is AMAZING!

These actually really work for allergies. I take them like I would an antihistamine.
