This product is designed to be attached to ladies' shoes with high heels. You can use it to turn your favorite pair of high heels into dance shoes or to replace the worn-out suede soles of your existing dance shoes. Stick-on suede soles from Soles2dance provide ideal friction properties for dancing on well-maintained and clean wood dance floors. This innovative and unique product differs from conventional do-it-yourself add-on suede patches in that Soles2dance soles come with industrial-strength adhesive backing. You only have to peel off the protective foil from the backing and stick the soles onto your existing shoes . Other add-on suede sole products without adhesive backing require you to glue the soles on -- a messy and tricky procedure. You also have to buy that glue and learn how to apply it properly. None of that is necessary with our stick-on soles with industrial-strength adhesive backing. Will these soles stay on? After extensive testing and after having sold more than 1000 units of this and similar stick-on suede sole products with the same adhesive, we know with certainty that the adhesive stays on when used on shoes with hard leather or suede soles. On the vast majority of rubber or plastic-soled shoes the adhesive also stays on, but there are some very rare rubber or plastic compounds (notably a synthetic, rubber-like plastic material called EVA), to which the adhesive sticks less well. Fewer than 1% of our customers reported such problems. In the unlikely case that this product does not stick well to your shoes, please contact us. We respond promptly and will provide you with a satisfactory solution. Guaranteed! How to take care of suede soles: Avoid wearing suede soles on abrasive surfaces like concrete or asphalt, as those surfaces will damage suede. Also, suede should never be allowed to get wet. We recommend cleaning suede soles with a steel brush after dancing.

Beautifully shaped patch, effective adhesive
I put these on a pair of dance sandals on which the suede had become very compressed and uncushioned. The suede patches worked great. The patches are the perfect shape. I have danced in them twice, and they work great. I also put them on a pair of street shoes - boots. The patches also fit perfectly on these rubber-soled boots and have stayed on while walking around the house and dancing a bit. Highly recommend.

Stay on, but suede can frail
I've been using this for all of my heeled dance shoes. They work great. I even put a small toe cap patch (1/2 moon shape) before I put a front patch so as to lift the toe area for the ease of move. Once you learn how to trim it to each shoe (note: right & left shoe may not be 100% mirror image), it gets easier. They really stay on. But I've noticed, depends on the color, some are more durable than the others. Grey one has been the poorest quality of all - it gets shredded when I use metal brush to fluff it up. Other color patches don't. (If you don't know this, dance shoes bottom can get flattened and become to slippery. This is when we use a metal brush to comb up the texture of the suede leather to increase the traction). Over all, I cannot live without these patches for my dance shoes. I just ask the manufacturer to keep up with the quality suede - after all, these are for working shoes, not for an occasional use.

Easy to apply
The soles were almost the perfect size for my shoes. I only had to trim off a small piece around the toe. If you follow the directions, the soles were super easy to apply. I have danced a couple of times now and they have stayed firm.Perfect fix instead of expensive shoe repair shop.

only use on clean studio floors
these were easy to apply to my shoes, almost the exact right size (women’s 7.5 shoe) and were super sticky and turned my shoes into great latin dancing shoes. i made the sad mistake of wearing them to a damce club and the sticky floor ruined the suede to the point that it was no longer smooth, so i had to peel them off and tosa them. only use for clean studio floors!

Not what I was hoping for
Adult dancer. Dance surface = marley (maybe these are best on wood floors). I bought some Sansha dance sneakers for ballet class (years of dancing have taken their toll on my feet). I didn't like that I couldn't turn smoothly in them even after several wears. I bought these hoping to make the bottoms of my soles more slippery. I cleaned the bottom of my shoes, trimmed to size, placed them on the soles, stood on them as the directions said and let them cure for several days. They stayed on, but not in place. After about 10 turns, they had slid off to the side. I moved them back in place and they were good for a few more turns. I'm going to try a silicone based automotive spray (the kind that makes you seats and floor mats so slippery) next.

Great for dancing
I put one pair on some older shoes that are comfy but the soles were not suitable for dancing. They were great!

Utile pour danser
Si la semelle de la chaussure est bien nettoyée et sèche, cela adhère très bien. Permet de danser avec des chaussures à mon goût. Je suis satisfaite.
