Will this fit a 15.6 in laptop?

Thanks for reaching out! Yes, this model will accommodate a 15.6 inch laptop.

I'm needing a backpack for commuting that can carry a 15 in laptop, small thermos, and lunch bag. Is this bag large enough to carry those items?

Thanks for reaching out about SWISSGEAR! The SWISSGEAR 3258 has exterior dimensions of 18.5 x 12 x 7 inches and a large packing capacity of 30.1 liters. Depending on your packing style this may be the perfect size for you. If you have any additional questions feel free to give us a call at 1-954-884-4947.

Is it water resistant? It doesn’t say.

Thanks for reaching out about SWISSGEAR products. We strive to produce durable, long wearing products that will fit seamlessly in your daily routine. Although the fabric used to construct our backpacks is water resistant and does an excellent job at keeping your belonging safe, the backpack is water resistant and not waterproof. If your pack will be frequently exposed to extremely wet weather, we can recommend that you purchase an aftermarket universal rain cover.

Is there enough room in this bag to pack clothes

Thanks for reaching out about SWISSGEAR! The dimensions of this SWISSGEAR model are 18.5" x 12" x 7" inches with a volume capacity of 30.1 liters. Since there is no official size of luggage that every airline will accept on an airplane, the only way to make certain the bag will be accepted onto an aircraft is to contact the specific carrier you will be flying with and confirm carry on requirements with the airline directly. Feel free to contact us at 1-954-884-4947 or by email at customersupport@swissgear.com if you have any additional questions!
