inox ou acier inoxydable, en tout cas fin et cabossable
parois et fond fins.le plus étant le poids : légerle moins étant que les parois se cabossent en cas de choc.pour le coté anti adhérent je ne peux pas savoir : il me sert uniquement pour les cuissons vapeur ou à l’eau…Mais si j’avais du choisir un récipient inox pour des cuissons saisies, j’aurais pris un fond plus épais.
