Westinghouse RMT-21 RMT21 Remote for CW40T2RW CW40T6DW CW40T8GW TV

I've gone years without a remote to my TV because I thought it would be expensive to replace and a pain to hook up. Imagine my surprise when I buy an $8 remote and all I have to do is put batteries in it and point it at the TV. If I'd have known it would be this easy, I would have ordered a new one right after my dog ate the original 6 years ago. GET THIS REMOTE!

I just received my replacement westing house remote. It did not come with any codes or instructions! I put bran new batteries in it and nothing happens! The remote is supposed to light up for a few seconds, this is dead! I wish it woukd have come with instruction and a list of codes. What a waste of my money and my time!

I bought this for my son who suffered through two years without a remote for his Westinghouse TV. Doing some research I discovered that each TV model has a different remote. I ordered by model number and it worked right out of the package! Everyone is very happy with this purchase.

Just had to put batteries in it, no pairing. Works with my Flat screen TV . Note: this is my experience with remote, but if you purchase one you may have a different experience then mine. Hope this helps

Not sure why, but thus Westinghouse tv seems to go thru remotes. This one works without programming and has a hook to make it easy to find.

It replaces the old one. In the kids room. That a pug thinks its a chewy. Works great.

I just opened the package, put the batteries in and point at the tv,. no programming needed, just as I expected. highly recommended.
