FINAL REVIEW: The original review is below. I was originally disappointed in the product when it stopped working after one use. The company agreed to replace it even though it was outside the return window which was nice of them. The replacement arrived quickly and we were able to set it up and get it working. This is for my daughter and she absolutely loves the lighting it creates along with the salt in the shell. The mist it produces wasn't the same quantity as another brand I've owned, but it was certainly adequate. The fact that the original unit broke and I had to go through the process of getting a replacement knocks a star off, but I will say the company was good to work with and eager to resolve the issue.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I'm going to preface this review by saying I did not contact the seller because my window had already passed according to Amazon. I cannot speak to the service or reliability of the seller.I bought this for my daughter for Christmas a couple of months before Christmas. The features look great and she's enjoyed a different diffuser I've had for some time. When she opened this up Christmas day, we went through how to add water and only using filtered water and ensuring she didn't under or overfill it. We hit the light and mist and both began working. It looked great!Because we were getting ready to move, we packed this back in the box and packed it away until moving day which was the end of January. We just pulled it back out last night to setup in her room and the diffuser will not power up. I confirmed the power outlet works fine and I followed the troubleshooting on the page that comes with the diffuser to no avail. It's pretty disappointing. I tried to email the address on the sheet but have not received a response after several days.UPDATE: The seller responded to my email apologizing for the delay due to a holiday. They've offered to ship a replacement at no cost and were very polite through the communication exchange. I'll provide another update once the new unit is received and hope I'll be able to rewrite this review to something positive.

I received this product on January 4th 2020. So I’ve been using it for quite while now. I use it almost every night when I sleep and it is so effective! The water in the humidifier seems to last for wayyyy more than 8 hours. Seems about 12 hours to me. Not complaining tho because I am just in love with this product! Each light color has a brighter setting and a more dimd setting. Super super useful! All of the colors are SOOO bright! Even when they’re dimd. I Personally like the red setting for the mist. I feel that trying to sleep with the green setting and having the mist going on and off every 30 seconds is quite annoying, but it’s perfect for the daytime! I like to just stick to the red setting tho. This oil diffuser is just overall perfect tho! Originally I was just searching for a salt lamp. But then I came across this product and fell in love with it! Some reviews mentioned how the rocks would get soggy after a while. That’s never happened to me. I feel tho that if it did, all you would need to do is take the lid off and set it upside down in the sun to dry. Now there’s not really much I can complain about as far as the scent is. Sometimes I can smell it like when I first turn on the diffuser. After about an hour the scent goes away. That’s probably just because I don’t put enough of the essential oil in. But there was one night in particular where my whole room smelled like lavender (the oil I used that night) it was awesome! I think I just need to do more experiments with how many drops I put in tho. Still rating a 5 because it’s very very peaceful and not loud at all. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a calm and peaceful device to help sooth their thoughts at night or in the day time! Solid 20/10! If my mom or dad ever wanted them, I would definitely make sure they buy from this seller!

Great diffuser. Easy to use, strong mist, and I love the changing colors! You can even set the color. I bought this to replace my daughter's old diffuser that broke. I actually couldn't decide if I wanted to get her another diffuser, a salt lamp, or just a plain humidifier to help her allergies. This seemed like the best of all worlds! It's smaller than her old one, but because it's smaller it actually fits a lot better on her nightstand, and it's certainly more of a looker than her old one was. I love that she's getting the benefits of the salt too, not just the essential oil benefits. I noticed that other reviewers have said that the water reservoir doesn't last as long as it's supposed to, which is weird because in my experience it lasts through the night on intermittent mode. I've come into my daughter's room at 8-9 AM to wake her and it's still going (and no, I don't fill it past the 'fill' line). That having been said, I love pretty much everything about this diffuser. The one and only thing I'm not crazy about is the loud beep every time you press the buttons. It wouldn't be a big deal if it were anywhere else in the house, but because it's in my daughter's room I have to make sure it's set before she falls asleep since she's a light sleeper. I don't know why it has to beep, but despite this one minor flaw it's still a great diffuser for a great price. The salt is packed in pretty tight, and the way the colors hit against the salt is absolutely mesmerizing and gorgeous.

I’ve had this for a while now and I’m quite pleased with it. I’ve purchased 3 other essential oil diffusers and they all make a sort of gurgling sound when they run, which I find irritating. This one doesn’t make that noise, which is great.It runs for about 6 to 8 hours and shuts itself off when it’s empty. You can let the light be on continually changing colours or select a single colour. Because the salt is pink some of the colours look a bit odd through the pink. I wish there was an option for white light but if there is I can’t find it. I think there’s an option for different strengths of diffusing but I’m not entirely sure. The instructions are translated and a bit difficult to understand, but also very entertaining.

Purchased two, love the changing colour feature. Only comment I’d make is that once the water evaporates it no longer acts as a nightlight. It’d be nice if the nightlight remained on its own without vapourizing.

I bought this to help me "zen" my desk at work. I love it! It works great, it's the perfect size and is super visually appealing. I've had lots of compliments and people asking where I got it! It lasts longer than a whole day on the intermittent mist function and it works great with my essential oils.Note: heavy oils like cinnamon clogged up the diffuser on me once, but with a good rinse and dry it worked fine again!

À la réception, je n'ai pas réussi à l'allumer. J'ai contacté le vendeur pour lui demander et j'ai réussi à le faire fonctionner avec ses conseils. Il faut vraiment que le fil soit poussé au fond.
