Does this work good for 120 x 72 x 22 inch pool? I have a summer wave 3D pool.

Yes, it serves it's purpose but wished it was elastic instead of the strings to tie. But if you do it right it works

Is it grey as shown in the pictures or sky blue as described in the product description?

The one I received was sky blue. Worked pretty good..

Does this help keep the pool warm?

If in the sun it does help trap the heat in helping to keep water warmer than without.

How long does this allow the same water to stay in the pool? Do you have to add a chemical treatment? Does work as good as solar cover for heat?

As far as same water goes this would help with keeping out leaves and bugs. A shock treatment applied right does help. If it setup in good sunlight does help with warming water.
