Great value
Condition is beyond expectations. Battery life works way better than expected. This is great value for money.

Better than expected, no complaints from me
I was a bit nervous about buying a secondhand MacBook at first, but the 12 month Amazon backed warranty gave me enough reassurance to buy one for my child almost a year ago & it's been great. So much so that I have now bought one for myself. I don't need an expensive new laptop as it's only used for Word/Excel/internet etc so, as we like Apple products, this fits the bill perfectly. So far so good, the second one is living up to expectations. Works great, low number of battery cycles, looks almost as new, delivered in less than 24 hours and for just a couple of hundred pounds, for me it's much better than a cheap new Windows laptop.

I cannot believe I have this laptop, at this price and at this quality! INCLUDING THE ONE YEAR ASSURANCE.Incredible laptop, not a single blemish, fabulous speed and the battery takes ages to run down. It came super fast with what looks like a brand new charger and it was really well packaged.Silly money 💰🤑!Very pleased with my purchase and 100% recommended!!

Completely depleted battery judged "unsafe" by technician
Bought in November 2018. Worked fine but battery started to lose charge in April and had to be connected to mains in order to use (this Mac was less than 4 years old). Finally got around to taking it in for a replacement battery to be told that it was so depleted, it had actually started to swell due to being continuously connected to mains and could have exploded. This product is as unsafe as hell and should never have been sold in its current state. This is an Amazon Refurbishment; really, guys, you should do better!!! Please contact me to discuss compensation for the new battery I have had to fork our for.

Damaged and Defective
I ordered a MacBook which was meant to be in 'excellent' condition and received a defective one with scratches visible over 30cm away (screen looked perfect though) - also the spacebar didn't work when tapped on the right hand side (it worked if tapped in the middle or left hand side). It can't have been checked very well?I'm returning for a refund and feel a bit reticent to try Amazon Renewed again.The item was delivered on time, in good protective wrap and with a new charger which were all positives. But now I have to wait for over a week to get a refund and I need a laptop sooner!UPDATE: good customer service and refund receiced quickly. The question is now, do I risk reordering to try to get a working one?

Mal servicio
El cargador carga cuando quiere....pues para que me lo arreglen o cambien....le obligan a enviar el mío...y me dejan varios días o incluso semanas sin cargador y sin poder usar el mack.....lo necesito para el trabajo, por tanto no puedo estar sin cargador. Muy mal servicio a mi modo de ver. Tendre que gastar más dinero y comprar otro cargador por mi cuenta....cuando no carga bien hace tiempo y es casi nuevo
