Not for light fixture replacements - it does not work
Received box two days ago. Attempted to install light yesterday and after 1.5 hours I gave up. Have same mounting issues with another review. It has poor hardware design and especially for existing installations. Manufacturer possibly assumes that fixture is for new installation where you can adjust your electrical box ( up or down ) to allow fixture to be mounted properly. I will keep because I have a new installation project. I do not recommend it for like hot fixture replacement

These lights worked out great for a lighting job completed for a customer. This was an open beam installation, there was absolutely no attic area above, the white ceiling you see is the under side of the roof. Painted the outside trims to match the existing wood color. Customer was extremely happy since she was convinced she couldn't have any type of ceiling light that would actually look good.

This may (or may not) be a good light.
The actual dimensions are 6 1/4 inches. The description states 7 inches. It did not cover my wall hole, returning. This may (or may not) be a good light.

Very nice light. Installed it in a dark hallway and ...
Very nice light. Installed it in a dark hallway and very happy with the light output. Also like the low profile of the light for a narrow space like the hallway, since the lights don't hang too low and otherwise make the space look smaller.
