Portable Bluetooth Speaker, Zamkol Bluetooth 4.2 Wireless Outdoor Speaker Rechargeable with Superior Stereo Sound 20W Dual Driver, IPX6 Water-Resistant, Drop-Resistant, Dust-Resistant

I got two of these, and was hoping to find instructions in the manual about how to pair them together for stereo effect! I had to call Amazon to get the instructions! They are also included in the Q/A section on the product page! As of yet, I have not been able to connect one of these with Amazon Alexa. A small disappointment! Don't expect theatre sound, as you are not going to get it with these small speakers, however, they do pack a punch! Perfect for our bathroom when I'm in the shower!

It's loud, it's clear, and it connects very easily. Downside is it doesn't have an AUX input so it all depends on bluetooth which drains my phone quite a bit. I love that I can also keep track of the speaker's battery on my phone as well.

I ordered this Zamkol portable bluetooth speaker primarily for use in my den at home. The one sent to me for review is the B speaker. As far as I can tell from the product descriptions, the A and B speakers are the same except the A speaker lacks hands free calling capability. Both use a rechargeable Lithium ion battery for power.The speaker arrives nicely packaged and well protected in a box. Included with the speaker is a USB charging cable (no USB-AC adapter is included), a cable with a 1/8 inch plug for direct wire connection to an audio source, a hand carry strap, and a caribiner clip. A small printed manual is also provided.The speaker feels solid and well constructed. It is easy to hold and carry in one hand. On one side of the speaker are two ports covered by a rubber cover that has a very short tether. I’m sure the rubber cover is intended to provide water resistance, but the tether is so short that you can barely pull it back far enough to plug anything in, and I fear over time that tether will likely break. The two ports are a USB port for charging and an 1/8 inch port for direct wire attachment to an audio source.The speaker can be fully charged in 3-5 hours and is estimated to provide about 12 hours of listening that will vary depending upon volume settings. I charged the speaker for a few hours before trying to operate it. There is a light ring around one end of the speaker that turns green when the speaker is fully charged. After charging the speaker I paired it with my iPad. It pairs very easily, and I ran into no problems doing so.To test the speaker’s sound quality and volume I played some song selections from my Amazon music library. The speaker provides reasonable volume for such a small speaker, and surprisingly good bass. The speaker has one edge that is flat so it can be laid horizontally, although I found it sounded better if I set it upright. The maximum volume is sufficient to fill my den with sound, but it was not so good in our living room. I did not test it outdoors, but I would anticipate it would be fine if played within several feet of where you’re listening.The speaker can be paired with a cell phone via bluetooth and can be used for hands free calling. I did not test this feature.One feature that really sets this speaker apart from others like it is it can be paired with a second bluetooth speaker and a stereo audio source to provide true stereo sound. You will, of course, have to buy two of these speakers to do this, but I imagine the sound output from the two speakers in stereo would be very good.At the time of this review no price information was available to me. The A version of this speaker sells for about $50 but lacks the hands free phone capability, so I imagine the B speaker might sell for a little more than that. This price point is pretty comparable to other bluetooth wireless speakers of this size, and I think this is a pretty good speaker for that price. If you don’t need hands free phone capability you can probably save a few bucks by purchasing the A speaker.I try to write informative product reviews. This is an incredible sounding Bluetooth speaker. The portable speaker is small compact and has great range. I love how simplistic the buttons are. There are a lot of different speakers out there that sound amazing. This one can hold up in my opinion to any of the other Bluetooth speakers out there. If I could compare this speaker to any other brand, UE or Ultimate Ears is another brand that I like and I think this one might be slightly better.
