Great buy
Very happy with purchase, great price i use these press tools for Viega Purflow fittings daily and needed an extra one for my company. Tool arrived brand new in packaging with everything expected. I have seen a lot of people mistaking these tools for a Propress and trying to use with copper fittings. THIS TOOL IS ONLY USED FOR VIEGA PUREFLOW FITTINGS. DO NOT BUY EXPECTING TO PRESS COPPER FITTINGS, PEX PUREFLOW ONLY!

Seems to be missing two batteries charger in hard case.
My carry case seems to be made out of cardboard, My battery's and charger seems to be non existent, Hopefully my new review is accepted by amazon.

Get what you pay for
Just received this unit today both batteries are crap. Luckily I have other working batteries. Customer service says I would have to ship the whole unit back and get a refund. Well all I really needed was some batteries exchanged.

I’m confused
The media could not be loaded. Why don’t the 1/2 inch fit the viega adapter but the 3/4 does.
