I think it just depends on your preference. I for one love it. When I’m not anemic it taste really bitter but when I am deficient it taste so good. I’ve tried many different types and this is my favorite one. I’d really like to know where it comes from.

Please do not waste your money, this mess is horrible I gave it a try despite the reviews and I can honestly say they did not lie. This really taste like dirt please save your money cuz this mess should be illegal with the way it tastes.

After reading a lot of the reviews I was a hit hesitant to order this, but I did anyways because I was really craving it and it was the only one that delivered same day. I’m so glad I did! First of all it’s edible CLAY, not rocks, so yeah it does become a bit pasty when it gets wet, as ALL CLAY DOES. If you don’t want it to get like that you need to bake it, then it will become a rock, and even if it gets wet it won’t become pasty. I personally prefer the pasty state, but I did make a couple of what I call “clay chips” for when I’m more in the mood of a bit of crunch. The taste is just what I expected from red clay, not disappointed with it at all. I’m also glad that a little goes a long way, I got the clay wet and just used it like chalk in the inside of my water bottle to get an earthy taste on my water and that was enough! It gave the perfect wet dirt smell and taste I was looking for and craving. Totally worth it, I will be buying it again.

Do not buy this! Texture was not nice taste was horrible it was sticky quality was not as advertised there was no crunch maybe if left open to dry it may crunch but will not try

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these edible clay chunks. The texture is firm but crumbles nicely, and the flavor is exactly what I was expecting. The packaging kept everything fresh and intact. Perfect for anyone who enjoys natural clay snacks. I will definitely reorder!

This is not Edible clay. This taste like a mixture of sand and soap, the fact that they can get away with playing with people’s health for monetary gain is beyond criminal. I got a headache immediately after tasting and I choked on gravel. Trust my review, I don’t do them often, do not buy this item. I tried to save over the brand I bought from before, big mistake. This is gravel and it has a very soapy taste and sand texture and sand in my mouth. Beyond awful.

So I ordered this because my pica cravings are extremely strong. As I am 30 weeks pregnant with very low iron taking iron supplements prenatals and multivitamins and my other pack of dirt isn't going to be delivered until next week so I had to get something before I end up on the side of the street picking up dirt from a field and I got the same day and the taste is unique it has a perfume taste to it I don't know how to explain it It's definitely not like the red clay that I get I was hoping it was like tasting mud or tasting the Earth or like rain on the sidewalk or rain in the dirt but no it is not. It's satisfying some what a my I craving but it's kind of hard to eat😭😭

Does not look like the photo, way darker. The clay tastes like you’d expect - extremely earthy which if you like that taste then this’ll be for you. The clay is extremely hard. I took a meat tenderizer to it to make smaller pieces. The good news is it does not stick to your teeth! The smell matched the taste which is earthy. I think you receive a decent amount for the price, as I likened it to that of a sample size for under $10. It does satisfy that immense craving in the moment, I did like sucking on a small piece at a time, however, I think I’ll stick to kaolin, and other chalks.

Unfortunately, the product I received is completely different from what was shown in the pictures and described in the product listing. The quality and appearance do not meet my expectations, and it is not what I intended to buy based on the information provided. I am not satisfied with the product.
