Perfect for "family night" dinners!
I'm in my early thirties and live close to my retired parents. I invited them over today, made tortellini soup with sausage, spinach, etc., for dinner, and broke out this conversation-card game (which showed up right on time!), and we had a really lovely Sunday evening together. It helps conversation to flow easily and isn't a competitive-type game, which can be a good thing! 🤗

Conversation Starters
I learned about this item from the AARP Bulletin (I believe). I live in a senior facility and eat in the common diming room. Many of the residents spend most of their hours playing games, doing jigsaw puzzles or watching tv but have no conversational skills or experiences to relate. The questions in this game prompt interesting conversations around the dining table and liven up our relationships. No more sitting in silence at our table.

Develop your kids' communication skills
This has been an essential tool to un-shy my child and know how to carry on a conversation or even just understand what is 'small talk'. We practice using these table topics all the time and it is definitely opening him up more, becoming more confident in speaking in and outside the home. To me, communication skills are the most vital and I place a high value on those skills vs academics. "A closed mouth does not get fed". I encourage my children to advocate for themselves, but in this digital era, these skills are evidently getting weaker or only grasped by group that gets smaller and smaller with each passing generation. Thank you so much for creating such a worthy tool. I hope this review is helpful to someone.

Simple, fun entertainment
We really like this product. We had a sample come in a kids meal and ended up ordering an actual set. It’s great conversation starters or just a fun fact game. It’s good for all ages. Our 8 year old loves it!

Its good, and would buy again, but needs a few tweeks...
I do like this set, but there are a few quarrels with it that keeps me from giving it 5 stars. 1. There are duplicates, wich is disappointing in general. Not just in one set to another, which you could probaly chalk up to continuity checking errors, but IN THE SAME SET. 2. The card size is good and the tiny plastic boxes the cards sit in is fine, but, the green outter box is too snug and basically unusable. We're talking like had to bang them out of the box, snug. Its fine if youd house these in your car as a truly "to go" pack and only touched it once a year, but more frequent use and youll take the decks out of the green box and then have to stash the green box somewhere. Im a person who loathes clutter and hanging onto a box for boxes. So it quickly went away, since I couldnt see using it again. Which leads to... 3. The smaller boxes are open, so my 1 year old can come along and get cards out. 4. One card in EACH set is a name card, so that seems like a waste of space, especially considering the duplicate cards. Id rather theyd added another useful card. On the positive side, it is a good set, and cheaper than the regular sets. Id likely buy it again or for someone else. Just dont think its made/created well enough to give 5 stars.
