Great For Macarons!
There are many different teflon sheets available here on Amazon.com. I tried several different kinds and they're all junk. Then I saw a recommendation for these and ordered some. They're the real deal. They can be cut to fit 2 half-trays, with some left over. I've used silicone mats and parchment paper and these are better than either. They're translucent, but barely. I put a silicone mat with circles underneath and use it as a template. Better, I think, would be a black and white template. Either way, though, they work. There might be other good teflon sheets for macs here, but I know these work well. Look no further.

While looking for more eco-friendly and reusable options for my kitchen, I came across this product and decided to give it a try. I am very happy that I did since it has basically eliminated the need for us to use aluminum foil or any type of cooking paper on any of our pans and baking sheets. At first I was unsure about the fact that it came with just one sheet, but it is more than enough even for the daily cooking and baking that we do. In fact, I cut it in half with a pair of kitchen scissors in order to make two perfectly-sized sheets. It is easy to clean, dries quickly, protects my baking sheets, and works as a non-stick surface. Around the edges do start to brown after a few uses, which is to be expected, but it hasn't effected its ability to work great.

Far better than the paper parchment!
The best thing is that the product remains flat in the air fryer! I tried paper parchment and both times it “floated” and was burned by the coils. (Note, I put the paper at the very bottom of the oven the first time. The next time I put the paper in the air fry basket with rolls on top of it. The edges burned.)I really like the Cookina baking mat and this is the second time I’ve ordered it. I like to rotate the mats so they remain clean looking. Also recommended it to a friend who just got an air fryer. Well worth the cost.

Edges fray
I want to use it instead of parchment paper in my clay bakers. The one roll is two sheets is misleading. You get one sheet, that is rolled up. When you cut it in two, you have two sheets. I can cut it in three, or four or. Well, you get the ideaWhat worries me is that once it is cut, the ends fray. Leaving little pieces of whatever this is made of, touching my bread.I tried to seal it with heat (flame and then oven) which didn’t do much.I did use it in my largest baker. I might have a small piece left to fit in my smallest round baker, if I dare to use it.I am hesitant because of the frays. It did work same as parchment paper though.Edit April 2021:I have now used this multiple times in my clay bakers, instead of parchment paper. The fraying has stopped completely. I cut one part into a round shape and just washed and washed and scrubbed and pulled the little frayed fibers until it stopped shedding.I would definitely buy this again. I use it once or twice a week and it still looks new. I updated my review to 4 stars (from 3 start)

Very useful to use in lieu of parchment paper to bake bread!
I didn’t know this existed until I was watching a home baker used it to transfer his bread and left it in the oven to bake at high heat with baking stone. I didn’t know what it was so I was still using Parchment paper to transfer baguettes into the hot oven. Parchment paper is definitely ok to use but it burnt at +480F. I was ecstatic when I finally found this by accident and it is one of the most useful items in my kitchen. It also helps keep my baking steel and stone as “grease-free” as possible!

Packaging
It works fine, but the way it was shipped does not keep it from getting creases in the material. It came to me UPS and was folded in half, and the creases are still there. Works well, just their packaging leaves a lot to be desired

This stuff is great. It looks rather like wood-grained contact paper
This stuff is great. It looks rather like wood-grained contact paper, but it washes like a dream and cookies lift right off. I also accidentally bought a roll of the oven liner and didn't need it, so I tried it to bake on and it works fine as well. It's black, which doesn't even discolor, which the brown cooking sheet liner does do, if used at very high temps. I burned a pie that was on a baking sheet lined with the brown liner, and while the sheet now looks burned and discolored along one edge, it is not brittle at all. I got enough to leave liners in each of my six baking sheets and now don't have to cut parchment paper for them. Yeah!

Great for multiple purposes
Admittedly I am not using this for its intended purpose. We have used one of these sheets on our gas grill for several years now. I needed a new craft sheet for papercrafting and noticed the grill sheet looked exactly like the fairly expensive craft sheets made with a slick surface to be easily cleaned of glue, ink, etc. Labeled as a grill sheet, it was less expensive and larger than those labeled as craft sheets. I would give it 5 stars for both grilling and crafting.
