These are truly exceptional folding chairs. They are considerably larger in theirseat depth and back height than standard folding chairs, which makes themfar more comfortable than others. They also have a thin but decent amount ofpadding covered by very nice looking fabric with a subtle pattern. To the extentthat it is possible for an inexpensive folding chair to be classy or elegant... theseCosco chairs certainly distinguish themselves as superior to their competition.Don't be put off by the fact that their legs have two horizontal support bars rather thanthree horizontal support bars, because the two support bars are ample to provide a verystrong and supportive seat, even for fairly large and heavy people.For the level of sturdiness, superior design, larger size, and premium upholstered seat paddingyou are receiving with these chairs, their price is surprisingly low.We are using four of these chairs, along with a large folding table, as our temporary dining roomseating in our new home until we can find a nice wood dining room table and chairs set. At that point,I plan to keep them as an extra table and extra chairs to be used for occasionally having dinneroutside on the patio, or if we should ever have a large gathering that exceeds the capacity of oursoon-to-be-acquired formal dining room furniture.

I host a monthly meditation at my home which quite obviously requires participants to sit for a long period of time. As our group is outgrowing my personal furniture, I was looking for a reasonably priced yet comfortable folding chairs to accommodate extra guests. These are it! They have over exceeded my expectations. They are spacious given the xl seating dimensions, and the padding is great on both the seat and the back. They seem both comfortable and sturdy for guests of all shapes and sizes. I ordered 4. So what you see in the photo is 1 unfolded and 3 others stacked together. They are easily storable in a closet space. And to top it off, they arrived 3 days earlier than the expected delivery date.Also to be noted, when placing the order there is the option to pay extra for assembly. These chairs come already assembled. All you have to do is open the box, pull them out, and remove the plastic covering. So do NOT opt for paying for assembly.

these chairs not only look good, they are sturdy, plus the area where you sit on larger, making these very usable for larger people. We've had guests who weigh 300+ pounds who sat in them for hours during a few holidays already and were very comfortable. I would buy these chairs 100x over and recommend them to everyone looking for a heavy duty, extra large folding chair. I bought 4 chairs and am buying more as Christmas gifts later this year.

This is a nice, comfortable, sturdy set of chairs for my card table. Good extra chairs for any occasion. Attractive and sleek. A bit larger than average and good back support. Nicely cushioned seats. Good price.

Comfortable. Nice. Worth it. Not extra comfortable but pretty sturdy. I'd use it a lot more regularly than just when guests are over . But great for a folding chair.

I was hesitant to order because there were no prior reviews. But I’m glad I did.What I sought most in these chairs is comfort. When my elderly mom comes to visit every month we play board and card games every evening. I had my doubts, they didn’t seem much more comfortable than my other folding chairs when I sat down.But the true test came when my mom got here. For two nights we played games and used the chairs upwards of 2 hours. I forgot all about them until we were done. There was no uncomfortable shifting on either of our parts.They are quite heavy so I’m glad they have cutouts at the top back of the chair for carrying!

I bought the chairs to match a taupe card table I already owned. They are a perfect match, very nice looking and pretty fabric color. They seem to be comfortable and sturdy although I have not used them yet because I just received them. On one chair the fabric is not as smooth as the others but it still looks nice.

We bought these chairs for a family event. They ended up being so comfortable and sturdy that now we use them for much more everyday use. I would definitely buy these over standard folding chairs. The extra width and the cushioning makes them a favorite at family gatherings.
