Boiron Quietude Homeopathic Medicine, Sleep Aid, 60 Count (Pack of 1)

I purchased this product for one of the side effects that it was supposed to have. Namely the fact that in some people it reduces the size cysts in breast tissue. I have some of those and had a mammogram scheduled so decided to try this. It did work for that somewhat, however I did find but I was pleasantly surprised that it did also help increase the quality of my sleep pretty significantly!

I’m always unsure about homeopathic products actually working but I like to try them.I was SHOCKED that this really helped me to be calm.You can use it anytime and anywhere you are if you need help to calm down or if you have become too stressed out.It was great to find something that helps with my stress and doesn’t effect any of my prescription medications.Using this resulted in changes that helped with my anxiety, nervousness and being overstressed.I’m grateful to have found this product.Awesome!!

This product is the best... can be used to help relax to fall asleep initially. can also be used if you wake up early in the morning and need to sleep another 2-3 hours... have never felt drowsy when waking from this even when taking 2 hours before i need to get up! This does not 'knock you out' which is a plus!

Wow. I’ve had sleepless nights ever since a back injury and nothing has helped the discomfort and insomnia. This worked. The first time I used it I slept better than I have in years. I now take half the recommended dose and feel great!

Its been a hit or with with for me with homopathic products. But this one has worked for me this so far. Can not complain it helps bring me to a calm relaxing state with out the grogginess that stronger medcine type sleep aids do.

I have finally found something that works for me. I follow the directions taking it 2 or so hrs before I want to retire, & I find it does help me feel more sleepy than with out using it, having done similar daytime activity. I will continue to use it, as I had no side effects at all.

Follow the directions and this will help you have a great nights sleep.I will always keep some of these around now.

I’m surprised at how well this works—because, you know, it’s homeopathic. But it really works for me. I’m not a major insomniac or anything but a another friend of mine swears by this so I tried it, and it’s great. Well priced, too.
