Understand the GX7 Menu
This is a no-nonsense review of the GX7 menu system and how you might use some of the many options. David Thorpe is clear and concise in detailing the menu and explains how he uses the the various settings in his own photography. If you have a GX7, this is a good buy to get you started and to help you make the most of this fine camera.

A shortcut to understanding the GX7
This booklet does what the subtitle promises. It is a systematic list of all the menu items with explanations of their functions and comments on how the author puts them to work. All these things {and more) are covered in the original owner's manuals but I would not call Mr. Thorpe's booklet redundant. It shows that it is written by a photo enthusiast as opposed to a panel of specialists and lawyers. It just holds my interest more easily and find specific information faster. No regrets spending a few dollars.

Helps a little with menu choices
I did not expect too much and so was not disappointed. There are some useful suggestions and slightly more text for each menu item than in the Panasonic PDF. Probably value for money as it is not expensive.

Great addition to the owner's manual
One of the amazing things about the Panasonic Lumix GX7 is the owner's manual. Firstly, you only get a hard copy of the Basic Guide with the camera. Then after you download the full manual you find that it is very sketchy in some important places. Such as using the Custom Settings. This book is a great addition to the full manual as it fleshes out the Custom Menu settings in a very understandable fashion.

A good book to have in your library
There is not a lot written on the GX7 and as usual it is a Panasonic so a lot of the Menu's are the same but I am glad I bought this as its like a quick reference with explanations.

Handy book to explain those darned menus!
I have a GX7 and finding my way through the menus can be pretty cumbersome at times. I've read this book a couple of times and it is all finally starting to make sense to me. Pretty handy book to carry in the camera bag for my "senior moments!"

Terrible, badly presented and organized
Really useless book. I can't imagine why people liked it. It doesn't explain the basic functions as they relate to the various buttons and how to modify the settings in the context of using the menu system. It advertises that it does just that, but falls so short it surprised me with its uselessness. Graphics are terrible, book layout is terrible. Do not waste your money on this thing, it adds nothing beyond what Panasonic provides.
