Stanley Jr DIY Candy Maze Building Kit for Kids JK009-SY: Children’s Boy or Girl Wood Gumball Box, Beginning Woodworking Set with Paints, Ages 5 to 12

I purchased this for my grand-daughter who is 5 years old. She was able to put this entire project together herself with very little help from mom. It turned out great and she was very happy with herself and the way the treats came out too! Most small candies will work. Lots of fun and has held up well so far.

My 6 year old son and I built it together and he loved it. Don’t forget to buy Jelly Beans as this item doesn’t come bundled. Took us about 20 mins to put it together.

Went together great and was a great little project

Six-year-old had a lot of fun building this (with help from an adult). Whacked it pretty hard with her hammer and wood did not break. Though actual machine did not work all that well. Jelly beans would get crushed when they fell to either side of rotating mechanism.

How do you be the coolest dad/uncle in the family? You show up at the nephew's house with one of these. They come with everything but a hammer and jelly beans, but the build is rather easy, even for the 3 year old. The paints and use of glue in the turning mechanism on this one mean you cannot use it the first day since you are putting food in it, which is a bit of a bummer, but otherwise it is fairly easy to build and if the kid can wait they LOVE using it to get jelly beans!

This tool kit is perfect for my 8 yo grandson as part of his Xmas present from me and he will absolutely LOVE it! He loves helping his Daddy when he is fixing or building things and he especially likes using the tools (like the screw drivers). In addition to this tool kit I also got a book for beginner builders and a building set that makes a wooden candy dispenser. I highly recommend this tool kit and can't wait to give it to him!

I've gotten several of these stanley jr kits in the past but this one takes the cake! My 6 year easily assembled herself, the direction were easy for her to follow. I loved the pre drilled holes, some kits don't come with those and it's really hard for her to hammer nails all the way through. She loved decorating and the gumballs and skittles that go with it!
