Mom's Place Gluten-Free Egg Roll or Wonton Wrap Mix

This Product is difficult to roll out

One of the things I missed most having to go GF is dumplings. Finally tried this product yesterday and it's really good for pan fried dumplings. Obviously it's not going to have the same texture as wheat but if you roll out the dough really thinly, it works!!

These were difficult to make and frustrating as the directions no matter how strict I followed didn’t seem to turn out correctly. Taste was mediocre.

This does not make an egg roll or wonton wrapper. It may be gluten free but the dough is a dough and therefore very doughy not thin like a wonton wrapper no matter how thin you roll it out to.. it doesn’t taste like a wonton wrapper either. Dough is not easy to work with. . I do not recommend this for egg roll or wonton wrappers at all. What a waste of my money!

Took a while to get it right. There is a bit of a learning curve when using this. My husband liked the taste of it but my son and I sure did not. The texture is funky. We tried it though.

I’ve been seeing adds for soup dumplings and having major fomo. I filled the dough with a spiced pork filling and it was AMAZING. Steamed so easily (and honestly the ones I froze then put in a pan with a few tablespoons of oil and then a couple tablespoons of water and closed the lid until they were done but crispy on the bottom like a potsticker) so yum (and now I’m really not ok I used the phrase “so yum”)
