Happy wife
My wife loves owls and she had an owl coffee cup that got broken, she was very sad about it. I bought this cup for for her to cheer her up. When the cup arrived it was broken during shipping. She was sad again. I told amazon about it and they sent a replacement immediately. It arrived quickly and my sad wife is now a happy wife and she now has a smile on her face when she has her morning coffee.
