S925 Sterling Silver Heart Urn Memorial Ashes Keepsake Exquisite Cremation Pendant Necklace Ring Bracelet

I ordered this as a birthday present for my mom. We lost my brother 8 months ago unexpectedly. I wasn’t sure what I was going to receive by ordering something so personal on Amazon. This urn necklace by far was more beautiful than anything I had seen in stores. The necklaces in the stores were comparable to stainless steel padlocks. This necklace was high quality, light weight and dignified. I am so impressed with it and I will be ordering one for myself soon.

This piece of jewelry is another favorite purchase of mine on Amazon. A little smaller than expected but that’s ok. I love the fact that you can actually see the detail in the tree of life and the braided band on the outer edge. Also, the ring is truly sterling silver and does not turn your finger green at all! Nice to see an item that advertises being sterling, and actually be the case. The item came nicely packaged in a traditional cardboard jewelry box, with foam insert, and very small funnel with screwdriver, that doubles as a poker. It feels durable, medium weight, and has a nice touch of detail with the inscription on the inside of band. There are 2 reasons I lowered my rating by 1 star. The first reason is that the inscription on the inside of the band is a bit small. I have 20/15 vision so have no problem seeing it, but somebody with less than perfect vision may have issues. The second reason is that the screw used to securely close the ash compartment is extremely small. The small sized screw made closing the urn extremely difficult after applying jewelry glue, which dries quickly. It’s been almost 3 months of daily and nightly wear, only take off to shower, and the screw has held up just fine even with its tiny size. Would definitely recommend this piece to others and would hands down buy again, if need be.Update: In less than 6 months, the ring band has changed shape to an egg. I can no longer fit it on my finger without it getting stuck. I wasn’t aware that genuine silver could bend out of shape like this, even with no trauma to the jewelry.

On the unit I received the edges around the cross were not polished as shown in the pictures. The buffing wheel apparently couldn't get in the nooks and crannies. It is also slightly scratched and not as polished as shown in the pictures. And it doesn't hold many ashes -- only a small portion of the internal volume is hollow, which may explain why it is quite heavy for its size. All that said, I'm happy with it. It's just not quite as finished as pictured, and I wish it could hold more.

I bought this bracelet so I could transport a few ashes via jewelry to my step daughter's wedding (her grandmother's ashes) and give to her. It is pretty, but hardly holds enough ashes to fit on the head of an eyeglass screwdriver. Further, there are no tools included, which I knew when I purchased but wasn't too concerned. However, when I had to roll up a piece of paper to make my own tiny funnel for the extremely tiny hole I was not happy. I had ash dust on the screw and that was about as much as I could get in. I have purchased urn necklaces and bracelets for my nieces and nephew in the past. The jewelry held a small but decent amount of ashes and each came with appropriate tools. I am very disappointed with this item as an "urn"

Editing after replacement was received: The second one was beautiful and exactly what I expected! My mom will love this! Only giving 4 stars due to having to request a replacement after receiving the initial piece.I was incredibly disappointed in this necklace. It arrived filthy, as if it were 100 years old and never polished. The back was so tarnished that you could not read the engraving. There was no difference in color between the tree and the background. I have cleaned it 4 times in jewelry cleaner and, while it looks a bit better, I still cannot gift this to my mom. I purchased this in memory of my recently deceased brother, so my mom could have a bit of ashes close to her heart. However, giving her this necklace would be an embarrassment. Super bummed!

I purchased this to hold some of my cat's ashes. It is a beautiful piece of jewelry. I looked at many others and they could not come close in comparison to this one. I am very happy with my purchase.

My husband requested that I get some type of locket to keep some of his ash in so that I could keep him close to my heart. It did not come with a filling kit, and I recommend that you research how to fill any urn jewelry. I have not sealed it at this point and do not have a problem with it. A family member followed directions on another Urn jewelry necklace, tried to seal as directed, and it was almost a disaster. We managed to get it rescued and taken care of properly.I just made my own paper funnel, it worked well.

Love it! Did not realize tools did not come with it. But I got a tiny bit of ashes in it until I get the right tools. Very well made & pretty. Thank you#Forever28

I was very disappointed with this product it is cheap very cheap the chain is so weak and totally flimsy not a sturdy pure sterling silver chain. Not worth the cost. I weeps give no stars if possible.

Size is a little small but other then that it’s perfect
