I got great relief from rolling on this foam roller, nothing else helped.
I get knots in my back from lifting things or moving the wrong way, and this roller is the only thing that gives me relief. My Orthopedic Doctor recommended it to me. It's too large to travel with, and I don't use it for working out. It works so well because it will reach areas that are under your shoulder blade, etc., that you can't get to otherwise.

My Holy Grail !I use it every time I go to the gym
At first it was kinda hard to use and used it for back pain I would use it against the wall but I found that it’s better for me to use it on theGround. I looked up 10 min leg warm up with Foam Roller on YouTube and ever since I use that warm up at the gym before I do legs it’s a good warm up! I’ve had it for a couple of years now

Still looks new
This is firm and is not as long as most rollers. But I’ve had it for a few years and it looks new and is not breaking apart. 200 lb male.

Amazing 24 inch length
Super recommended! I have had one that I bought at Walgreens for a long time and it was always changing shape when I used it so I had to move it around a lot because the material was too soft. I like to do static therapy, being on top of it especially for my quads and just stay there until the muscle relaxes. WONDERFUL. It is FIRM and that’s what you need. Depending on the pain on the muscle you will have ease into it, meaning that you should not dump your weight freely until the muscle starts getting used to it. When I started, I would not dump my weight fully, I would assist my body with my hands/arms and feel it out. If you do this every time you finish a workout, you will be able to recover faster if the muscles hurt. I burnt my quads out and they would feel like they were burning at night, a foam roller was the answer. 10/10

Firm as expected, not for beginners
I expected (hoped) that it would come firm, and stay that way even with regular use. After 13 months, it has not lost any of the firmness and has held up extremely well. I travelled with it by placing it horizontally in my checked suitcase as well. A firm foam roller is not for beginners But it was exactly what I wanted and needed after denting my wife's beginner one. I've tried the ones with the knobs/bumps on them, and I don't like them. Would buy this again if/when I eventually need to replace it.

Perfect!
So my husband asked for a foam roller for Christmas that he could roll around on and I had no idea what he was talking about. I looked it up on Amazon and found this thing. When it came in the mail I was super nervous for him to find it under the tree because I wasn't sure if I got what he wanted or if it was even a good one as I have never even heard of this thing before. Let me tell you, he loves it so much. He works out everyday and rolls on this thing before and after and its made such a huge difference in his pain and helps him even sleep better.

Hard and Affordable
Exactly what I needed at the best price I could find. I am new to this and learned if you are new to foam rolling, you might want to start with a softer one first. This one is great, but after just one or two videos online I realized certain exercises, if you are new to foam rolling, some parts of your body are not ready haha, and you need to start with a softer one as this one is pretty much rock solid.

Waaay too big and firm, not the type of "foam" i imagined.
The entire foam roller is a solid mass of foam and I did not see any choice to choose soft/medium/or hard. I also thought it would be thinner in diameter. I cannot lay on it on my back at all due to how stiff and thick in diameter. I almost injured myself trying! Lastly, its a strong foam that will never mold to a person; i thought it may be more of the style of foam that I have used at physical therapy or like the foam floats you would use in a pool (yet thicker and a little stiffer than a pool float) and it is not.
