After so many moons later I decided to give a Update, Poise is also another good product however Poise prices are usually higher than Always....I used both the regular lenght by day and the long length by nite for those just in case accidents....so are the pros and consCons' the long pads tends to show a outline on my Slacks, and or jeans..which I hate. The regular lenght does not.Wouldn't wear these pads while wearing Thongs, the regular lenth not so much of a problem however best to wear regular panties.And now the Pro's: For when sleeping and if you are anthing like me who Can't stand Wearing Diapers then go for the Long pads, you would want something to cover from front to back. I have had a few accidents when I first wake up trying to get out of bed while still alseep, I am also a very leaky gal as well, my sheets are dried my panties are dry and the pad had worked wonders for me soaking the urin right up, one more thing my farts are not all of that dry either, sometimes they come out all wet and these Pads dose wonders for that too.Don't know if I will ever go back to Poise again, I am very happy with this Always product, the pad itself is thin which is what I like, holds body fluids well, I don't know how it would do if I were to of burst open a dam tho, lol. Works great for medium flow, I bought this pad for those just in case no bathroom in sight while out on the road traveling back and forth between appointments and so far hadn't had any problems leaking through to my underwear. They work ok. But A little too small for me, I feel more secure if they cover more space.

I am highly incontinent, and this is the most absorbent one I have used. It is not bulky but holds a lot of moisture. It's good for night and day. Comfortable and does not show through your clothes. The packaging is easy to remove and uses a minimum of covering. GREAT, GREAT!

It’s excellent for a short period of time , good for light leakages

I was really angry when I opened this package & found the same, cheap , THIN (did I say thin???) pad!!!!!Other brands are also doing this & it doesn't even begin to work for me. Even more than the 'make-up" of these is the VERY MISLEADING photo of the product. It would seem that this is the current way of doing business...raise the prices & give them less. (but try to make it seem as though it is the same)).
