Pepperidge Farm Montauk Soft Baked Milk Chocolate Chunk Cookies, 8.6 Oz Bag (8 Cookies)

These are good cookies. They're soft and enjoyable. The packaging is great. Paper on the outside with a foil-like material on the inside. They seemed quite fresh, and were well within date. The size was reasonable, and a good portion for something so sweet. The large chunks of chocolate was a nice added touch, over the simplistic chocolate chips that you get usually with other brands.

Update: So I did not realize I ordered the same cookies again. This time I was not— happy. It tasted exactly like a chip-a-hoy chewy cookie, which I don’t enjoy much. Perhaps because I ate these while room temp and not warmed up. Would rather not buy these again.I must say I seem to only enjoy soft baked cookies with speciality flavors such as: Snickerdoodle.. (EX: Better Goods branded soft cookies). So maybe I just don’t have the right pallet for chocolate chip soft baked cookies.I didn’t know I’d ordered soft bake cookies, so I ended up leaving them in the window of my car.You can image how excited I was when I opened the bag and saw they were not only soft but gooey with chocolate.

These cookies are delicious! My only concern is the cookies came a little crushed in the packaging. I would recommend putting the cookies on a plate or paperr towel and microwaving them for 15-30 seconds with a cold glass of milk of your choice. It will taste like they just came out of the oven!

Or they broke apart upon trying to get it out of the package. They were delivered in a box so it most likely wasn't from transit. They a good and soft but hard to eat when they turn to crumbs. Dosent seem like you get much for the money. Of course I wouldn't know how may cookies I would have actually received if they hadn't been broken.
