I haven't used it yet but this 7.5 quart Dutch oven seems to be of good quality and arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged. It is very large and actually seems bigger than 7.5 quarts. It is a really good looking big-ol-pot!I got it for a great price over the Memorial Day holiday.It is a cast iron pot so I cant imagine what could go wrong but if there are any issues I will update. So far I am impressed. I'll make some 'over the top chili' with it in my smoker over the weekend. If you haven't tried that recipe, look it up. It is worth the effort if you like chili. This big-ol-pot will be perfect for it.

I got this dutch oven to make sourdough in. I have had it for over three months and it seems to be holding up really well. The color is perfect as many of my kitchen ware is this sage green color.

This is not a Teflon lined quick wash item, but I knew that when I bought it. It is, however, an excellent choice if you want all the qualities you find in a quality Dutch oven at an amazingly good price. My largest Dutch oven is a le crueset and this new one performs every bit as well.Keep in mind that like all cast iron, it weighs a ton. I recommend filling it with water and practicing taking it in and out of the oven, especially for my fellow seniors :)

Came with a small flaw/chip that looked repaired but the value for the money I love it anyway! I have made several dishes it has cleaned up nicely. The pot heats up quickly and holds temperature evenly! I would definitely recommend!
