Great stuff, but use caution around trees & shrubs
Does a great job killing broad-leaf weeds. Use extreme caution though around shrubbery and trees. I sprayed some dandelions that were under the branches of a small evergreen, being careful not to get any over-spray on the tree, but nonetheless the tree experienced a stunted top the next spring.

A fast death to all weeds
Trimec 992 is very effective on weeds. Note regular Trimec is no where near as powerful. Follow the directions and put it down with a “wetting spray” and you’ll have great results.

Good Product Poor Packaging
I use Trimec 992 for broadleaf weed control on 2 cares of fescue lawn. It works great. The problem I had with this shipment is the packaging. The seal on the lid was leaking.

killed all the broadleaves{eventually}
burndown took much longer than i expected, but it did the job. Total burndown took about 3 weeks.

Good value and works
Product really works as described. This is 24 hours after application, and a dandelion I did not treat for comparison. Did not harm grass, or flower bed plants and rose bushes. No- I did not spray them directly, but the wind came up and they did get overspray. I’ve noticed the chickweed and vine weed are also curling and dry.

William is happy again
Ever heard of Japanese Knotwood? No? It is recognized by the department of agriculture as an invasive species. Originally thought to be a green ornamental border to your property. Well, it will take over your entire plot of land with ten foot reedy leafed bamboo-like stalks, which also block out the sun, and kill your small trees. The underground root system, five feet down, is one single mass root ball. There is not one single plant. Every year, foot by foot, it demolishes your garden. And, you will never have a lawn again. You can use a sprayed defoliant to stop photosynthesis, dig up your yard to three feet. But guess what. In three weeks it's back again, its horns poking up from the netherworld. You can use a flamethrower, or move out of your house. Roundup, even undiluted, is a mouse. I could not believe, as my wife was finally trying to leave me, that I stumbled onTrimec 992. After a few months of very intermittant application I'm allowed to stay in my home . You guys have to tell people about this!! Nobodyknows!
