Fantastic product for anyone looking to expand their collection of markers
Really great set of markers, amazing value for money. I'm a traditional artist and work with markers a lot so I've tried a lot of different brands - in terms of quality these are honestly second only to Copics and considering most sets (including this one) are <£1 a marker that cost point has absolutely made them my favourite. They work well for layering and blending, and cooperate with other marker formulas (see picture - 90% Ohuhu markers with one copic marker used as a base). The caps are labelled with a large, easy to read code and a supplementary colour name, which makes them easy to identify from a distance. The carry case can be stored in any orientation and has reinforcement that keeps the shape of the edges even when empty. There's also three pockets in the side that hold swatch cards & plastic mats, which is useful! The case is split into 4 sections which is super helpful for organising & making it easier to find the colour you're looking for, and has a little extra room for additional markers - though not a full supplement set (36-48 markers), alas.I've used them on a couple of illustrations already and the colours are incredibly vibrant, very easy to blend (which is something I've previously struggled a lot with) and dry with a good texture across all colours (this can sometimes be a problem with dark markers, but I have not noticed this at all!). As such I'd really recommend either this pack or a smaller starter set to anyone looking to try out alcohol markers - I've never seen markers this cheap that are this good and easy to work with before. The only recommendation I have for potential buyers is to consider the 168 marker set which includes the 48 pastel Ohuhu set. The colour range in this set is great, but definitely favours mid-to-dark tones. Images attached show the colour swatches and a colour spectrum I made using the 120 set + 36 skin tone set, for reference. I purchased the 36 skin tone pack at the same time which has some overlap with the 120 marker set, but contains a lot of unique tones & the overlapping colours are ones that you will likely use a lot.I would also caution the use of the plastic mats - this is a universal flaw of non-absorbent "catching" sheets in general and not specific to this product: when you use a non-absorbent mat you run the risk of additional pen-bleed, and also colour pick-up from the mat itself. Ink on a plastic mat will remain solvent in alcohol and so can be picked up by a wet page above it and into the paper itself - especially with a light marker on a dark stain. I'd recommend using the plastic mat under a layer of paper if you use it at all!

So worth it if you’re serious about colour/colouring
Love these pens, they’ve been used daily since they arrived. First time ever using alcohol pens (I’m not artist, but I’ve been into colouring lately as a new hobby) I love the way these pens blend and I the variety of colours you get, for those gradients in shades that I was after to make blended skies (for example)I have found that most paper in colouring books don’t contain the ink within the lines, the ink spreads and frays. It’s a learning process to control them properly, but it will come in time I suppose, picking up tricks along the way. They do bleed through paper too, so the little plastic sheet is perfect to prevent bleeds. I have attached some of the pages I have done recently (you can see where the pens have expanded over the lines in the photos. I also attached a photo of how well they blend as a test run)

Very Impressed With The 120 Set
I went for the 120 Honolulu Alcohol Markers and I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality and variety. I usually go for the 48 pen pack but decided to pay a little bit more for the bigger pack and I'm very happy. It comes with two colour swatches which are easy enough to complete and are very handy when it comes to finding the best colours to make your work pop. Some beautiful colours, huge variety of green, grey and brown, with some skin tone colours too. I've been using Ohuhu for over a year now for my colouring. I'm looking forward to getting stuck into my books with these. Highly recommended! 🌟

Fantastic pens
I bought the 48 pack as I’d heard great things about these and I’m only using them for amateur colouring, so didn’t think it was worth purchasing the huge pack. They are absolutely fantastic pens, lovely size to hold, the flow of ink is great and they blend so nicely together. They dry fast so no chance of being covered in ink when moving around the page. The brush ends are absolutely lovely to colour with, and now I’m tempted to buy the larger pack! If you’re debating this purchase then I’d say 100% go for it, completely worth the money.
