The timer in the reviewer's pictures is not the one that is on the description page, reviews page, and the page showing the questions. What gives?

There are two different clock/timers listed on one page. That's why there is conflicting info in the questions and reviews.

Does this timer have the capability to repeatedly count down? For example, I want to repeat a task every two minutes and dont want to reset the time.

Yes, the timer retains the last time entered. It keeps the last time entered until you press the "stop/reset" button a second time.

How long does the alarm go off for?

It double rings for about 8 seconds, then triple rings for quite a while - and if you haven't turned it off it quadruple rings. I think it goes off as long as you need to get to it.

does it beep when you reset it?

Yes, it beeps and flashes its red LED any time you depress one of its buttons. (I have the version with the Start button on the right and the Stop/Reset button on the left.)
