I've been using this brand for about six months now, recently they switched to using capsules which I much prefer as they are much easier to swallow and don't smell anywhere near as much as the pills did. I find taking these with my meals makes digestion much easier and I no longer suffer from bloating

I find these types of capsules difficult to swallow so usually dump them out into a glass of water and chug. This doesn't taste great but definitely preferable to drinking raw cider vinegar!I haven't notice much of a difference to my overall health or weight but I have digestive issues and they seem to alleviate some of the symptoms (cramping, bloating, constipation).Overall, I probably wouldn't buy them again but everyone is different - what doesn't work for me might be ideal for someone else.

Have been getting these on subscription for a while, however after my last delivery realised they have swapped the usual capsules for tablets, which taste a lot worse and are more difficult to swallow.They have also randomly added Humectant, which is not recommended by the Food Standards Agency.

but i suppose its how you feel, I include this in my daily routine and feel great! The smell is very strong but I like that.
