How do you get the brackets out??

They unscrew out, same as opening a bottle, anti clockwise. Unscrew tge circular cover, then screw on the grey body.

please look at the instructions ,and then use the wall plugs and screws as per the instruction and you will be fine

Amazon description states that the riser rail diameter is 25mm, but it isn’t!! The one I purchased measures 22mm diameter. Previous answer is most unhelpful!! It sounded like a perfectly reasonable question to me, which did not deserve the abrupt, curt and very nearly rude answer that was given!! Obviously the supplier doesn’t really care what is delivered as long as they get the money!!!
