Easy to fit and use
Used these on an Ugly Drum Smoker. Only need a 7-8 mm hole rather than the usual 2 inch hole required by most other makes. Wing nuts make securing even easier. Not sure how accurate it is but I wasn’t smoking anything than was temperature critical.
