I got this set of RAM at 3,200 MT/s for 3D modeling for highly detailed scenes and textures to help my 3080 12 GB when using Blender 4.4.3 since it uses GPU fallback when it doesn't have enough VRAM from my GPU, which happens a lot for me and Daz Studio 4.23.It's very overkill for gaming alone, but nowadays AAA games (unless it's a poorly optimized Unreal Engine 5 game) might need 16 GB for minimum spec and 32 GB for recommended. Maybe in the future, 64 GB or more might become the norm.I also use virtual machines when I need to for testing software, operating systems, or work-related stuff protected from my current Windows 11 Pro install.It works wonderfully and stably on XMP 3,200 MT/s with no problems. I would buy this kind of set again from G.Skill for DDR5 if I were looking for a newer Ryzen CPU in the future, as I'm currently using a Ryzen 9 5950X on AM4.

Ordered this for ASUS desktop that came with 16GB (2x8GB) but I wanted to upgrade to 32GB (2x16GB). Had to order this twice - the first order had one stick that the BIOS couldn’t recognize; so when checking total RAM, only 16GB showed. Easy return process to local UPS store, and tried again with a 2nd order. This time the full RAM was recognized by BIOS and the total 32GB (2x16GB) are working now. Apparently, it is common for one of the sticks in a set to not work - check the RAM’s performance to ensure it is funtional, and try again if you want the extra RAM.

Working perfectly with an i5-14400 and Z790 DDR4 motherboard. After 35 years of building systems I have to say that in my opinion, having bought and installed hundreds of memory kits, G.Skill is the most reliable aftermarket memory brand out there.Also, you can often get the same ICs (memory chips) which are what primarily determines compatibility and performance, as the more expensive Trident line if you do a little research into specific Ripjaws models.

This memory Quality is amazing for the price, Compatibility with what I needed. Boot time is wonderful. stability is perfect, Brightness good, Profile, and compatibility,

Small upgrade from 16 to 32gbs and I definitely feel a difference, build feel is sturdy, no issues in regards to performance.
