I’m not sure if you are asking why Walmart has a different price! I will say my Walmart does not carry this exact item and if ordering online they are near $10.00 a box. These are very large pasta and hard to find. Hope this helps.

I have not ever bought this specific product but I think it is safe to assume it is 4 packages at 8 oz a piece.

Don't know either. I buy these often. Now I can't find them at all in the grocery stores. I bought the 4 pack from Amazon.

There are 14 shells in the box. That is enough to make a large (10'"x 15") casserole dish. I usually figure 2 stuffed shells per person, 3 for a big eater.
