Quick to install, easy to use, the only compliant is I wish it would’ve let us know that in order to use the remote access anywhere you had to have the gateway, so it could’ve been purchased together, but easy fix. Customer service was phenomenal when the lock started to malfunction, had a replacement within a week.

Overall the lock works great. Sometimes it twists a bit to the side and needs to be realigned to open the door. I think that happens because there is nothing anchoring the top half
