Get this one!!!I can't believe what this one little bottle can do. The taste is easy and actually a very fresh taste to it and in just a little bit of water I can take it on an empty stomach no problem.That being said, the most important thing is this saved me.I have been working crazy hours 11 to 15 hours a day and got so exhausted was actually getting dizzy light-headed really concerning.The first morning I drank this stuff I felt a little better by noon and I thought it was just my positive attitude.In four or five days I was almost back to normal this had such an effect to bring me back up out of whatever exhaustion and ill health I was declining to.I can't say enough good things about the quality of it, the freshness of the herbs (and I have used many over the years), but the effectiveness of this and actually feeling such a difference is amazing to me.I also, being so busy, have forgotten to take it and being really run down looked in the fridge and realized I had totally forgotten and stopped taking it. Now it is right within reach and I'm getting energy to exercise again.I will be reordering.This and some CoQ10 dropped my blood pressure which had never been high but was getting extreme, right back down to normal and it has stayed there since.

I have difficult to control blood pressure, but I'm a vegan and animal rights advocate, so I do not want to take any medication that went through animal trials. Because all drugs in the U.S. have to go through animal trials first before human trials, this is a good alternative for me. It doesn't lower my BP all the way down to 120/80 or lower, but it lowers it quite a bit. I'm satisfied with the results and will continue to use it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish it was available in a 60-dose bottle. The bottle contains 48 doses, but it is suggested that it be taken twice a day, so that's enough for 24 days, which is not a full month. The price point is a little too high for me to buy two bottles in a month, but I would be willing to pay a little more to buy one bottle a month with 60 doses that lasted a full 30 days. Instead, to make it last a month, I just take one dose instead of two every few days.

The product work to lower my blood pressure overall about 10%. Turns out it gave diarrhea the second day. My husband had an immediate reaction. He had stomach aches and diarrhea an hour later. Dropped the dose for me to one dropper a day. I took it about two weeks and the formula started bothering my colon. I had to top taking it.

I use another product of this brand, and find it helpful, but this one did not agree with me at all. felt sick with diarrhea for a few days. II did read others reviews that had this trouble, but wanted to try it anyway. I should have checked the ingredients. There are two that could cause a problem. It is expensive and not returnable so see if you might be sensitive to any of the herbs in the ingredients.

Dr. had me on a Blood pressure med that made my feet curl up in pain the middle of the night. Everytime I go into office it is like 164/85. I was desperate for an alternative as I cannot take all this side effect of the meds. Day 2 my BP was 140/75, Day 3 BP was 135/72, Day 4 it is 130/70. Have to use wrist cuff, but I have checked it against a manual cuff and it appears to be accurate. Have to drink water just after taking cardiovance as directed. This is working for me without the feet cramps and foot pain. Not to mention the dizzy spells from the HCTZ and the fatigue the Irbesartan was causing me. I am paying more, but for quality of life and no RX it is worth it to me.
