I bought these for my son who is on the autism spectrum and struggles with his circadian rhythm. I gave them to him as prescribed by Day two he was falling asleep easier, and one week out he was staying asleep. I did give this to him along with magnesium, so it’s difficult to know if this Soli took care of his issue. Either way it’s been two months and he sleeps soundly and wakes rested, and his sleep patterns are now within normal range. I would highly recommend this product. The only reason I gave four stars is because the smell and flavor of the product is awful. But my son said he would gladly endure it with a large glass of water to get the sleep he needs . lol

I am a Proper Sleep believer!I have had trouble sleeping for as long as I can remember. My issues have generally been falling asleep and then staying asleep more than a few hours. I generally wake up at 4 or 5am and then toss and turn until I get up.I have been using proper for the last few weeks. I use the supplement 20-30 minutes before going to bed and have found myself slipping into a peaceful sleep I cannot remember having since college. More importantly, I stayed asleep for longer and woke up feeling rested. It is life changing! I wake up with more energy and focus and feeling ready to take on the day.Thank you Proper!

This did make me drowsy but not as much as say a 10mg melatonin. My biggest issue is the odor of the pills and bottle. It literally smells like toe fungus. Like. A yeasty salty sweet infected wound. Like unwashed pierced ears. I hope I got a faulty bottle because I took one dose and couldn't stomach any due to the odor after that haha!

Every time I open the bottle I try not to breath or taste these pills because it makes me want to throw up, it’s that bad. I have taken them for over a week to see if they actually do the job. They are not any better than regular melatonin to get you sleepy and they definitely do not help,you to stay asleep. Keep your money and just buy the cheap stuff. At least with the regular pills they do not smell and taste so vile.

This product might work for people who already sleep well but want a little improvement but it didn't do anything to help my chronic insomnia. Packaging was really nice but label print is tiny.

I take this brand nightly. I do alternate with one of their non melatonin supplements, just so my body doesn't get used to always having melatonin to fall asleep. My biggest complaint is the amount of wasteful packaging that it comes in. This bottle is inside of heavy duty large cardboard box, that is really just for looks and presentation. I wish the company weren't so wasteful. I will try and update with a photo after my monthly delivery.

I've been an insomniac most of my life. I used to just power through but some recent health concerns have made that impossible now. I don't have much of a problem falling asleep but staying asleep is difficult. Can't really explain it, but this stuff has worked for me. I haven't gotten less than 7 hours of sleep pretty night since I started taking it which is a huge improvement for me. Yes, the capsules do have a barnyard smell to them. No flavor, so no problem. These really get the job done. Highly recommended.

This sleep supplement is good for me. Helps me get my much needed sleep. No drowsy effects in the morning.
