These are great for any kind of cable management. I used them behind our new entertainment table to keep all the AV cables off the floor. Speaker wires, HDMI, optical, PlayStation wires, everything fit in these just fine. The adhesive seems to be holding well so far as well. Great item.

I put it on my wall for a nice cable management for my desk and when I took it off it ripped a lot of paint off of my wall 😭
