St. Joseph Statue for Selling House

I guess this is one of those items in which it works as promised. Just keep in mind your mileage can, and often does, vary. Anyway, this is my two cents worth. Would I let this item go? Over my dead body!!! LOL. Get this item, trust me, it can't hurt. Besides, it's always good to have something around that you can put some faith in-- especially these days. : ) One thing to remember is be patient. Don't be like some dude who got PO'ed at St Joe and throw him in the garbage. In doing that, the landfill it ended up in promptly sold and now he has to use a landfill that is much further away.

The house sold in 14 hours! I unpacked St Joseph, wrapped him in tissue and a ziplock bag and planted him in the yard. Prayers followed until our listing went live. The house sold that first day! I dug him up, unbagged him, and thanked him. Now he's sitting on a shelf in our new home so I remember to thank him and God for all our blessings.Even though I thought this old custom borders on superstition, I'm thinking any sacramental that encourages me to pray can't be all bad.

We had made an offer on an incredible new house and property but it was contingent on selling our old house so the clock was ticking. We had 4 showings the first week with no offers. No more showings scheduled so my wife bought this statue and I buried it near the for sale sign and said prayers to St. Joseph. We had an accepted offer within 3 days. I'm not religious nor superstitious so I felt a bit phony doing this. Impossible to prove whether it helped or not, but I can tell you for a fact I sold my house and bought the new place.

We had been trying to sell our home for over a year with no bites. I purchased this statue and my buddies laugh at me calling it "Voodoo Catholic". I Buried the statue according to the directions on a thursday evening, by Saturday we had a bona fide contract, we close on the 28th of the month.My friend who has a townhouse he can't sell, I will be transporting the statue and I'll let you know what happens.

I bought this because I heard that if you put it in your window you will sell your house fast. I did just that but it took longer than I had hoped for but for a lot of people it works quickly.
