We received this as a gift and there are not enough of the tiny screws. How do we get more so we can finish assembling the robot?

I had to order a second one for extra parts, then returned the second one. After building it I found the 1st and 2nd were both missing parts. By the way I bought as a present that lasted 2 days. MADE IN CHINA junk!!! Amazon is now an American Ali Baba.

We assembled this. It turns on but can't move. What do we do now?

My dog ate the charger. Can i replace it?

The one I got took batteries so I don't know if you can. Is it a special type or just a mini USB or a type c usb
